Ownership and Acceptance

All editorial content and graphics on this site are owned by Xeon Host. All customers must abide by these Terms and Conditions. By registering for or using our services, you attest that you are at least 18 years old and accept all TOS provisions, as updated from time to time.

Service Delivery Time

Services are delivered instantly via email and access to your dashboard. If automation fails, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

New Accounts

Account setup requires a valid email not linked to your domain. Accounts may require government issued ID and proof of address within 3 days of registration. Fraudulent information may result in termination.

Transfers / Migration

Transfers are best effort and may not be possible in all cases. Free transfer service is available for 3 days post signup.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Only Web Hosting is covered by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Requests must be submitted in writing with a specific explanation.

Payments

All services are prepaid. VAT and applicable taxes apply.

1. 1 Day – No Action
2. 2 Days – Account Suspended
3. 7 Days – Late Fee Added
4. 15 Days – Account Terminated

Cancellations

Requests must be submitted via sales email or client area.

Content and Acceptable Use

Services must be used for legal purposes only. Forbidden content includes, but is not limited to: pirated software, spam scripts, adult/illegal content, hacking tools, malware, and anything against local laws. Shared hosting is not for storage/backups of large amounts of data.

Opt In Email Marketing and Spam Policy

Only opt in emails are allowed. Unsolicited bulk email (spam) is prohibited and may result in suspension.

Script and Resource Usage

Scripts must use minimal resources. Accounts exceeding limits may be suspended. Server resources per account are limited (CPU, RAM, Web Server connections, MySQL connections, emails/hour). Illegal content or resource abuse is strictly prohibited.

Security and Server Abuse

Violations of network or server security, including hacking, unauthorized access, mail bombing, and DDoS attacks, are strictly forbidden. Users are responsible for all activity from their accounts.

Scheduled Maintenance and Downtime

Services may experience downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen causes. Shared accounts are not covered by a 99.99% uptime guarantee.

Responsibility (Reseller / Client)

Clients are responsible for all activity from their accounts. Users must maintain knowledge of web technologies required to operate their websites.

Backups

Customers must maintain their own backups. Shared hosting accounts have limited complimentary backup services. VPS/Dedicated servers do not have backups provided by default.

Actions and Refusal of Service

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of TOS. Xeon Host reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Modification

TOS may be updated or modified at any time without notice.

Refund Policy

Web Hosting Services: 30 day money back guarantee applies only to Web Hosting services. Requests must be submitted in writing or via cancellation form. Domain registration, renewal, transfer, SSL, and processing fees are non refundable.

Other Services (Managed Services, VPS, Dedicated Server): Managed services are non refundable. Site migration/transfer may incur charges depending on type.

Refund Conditions: Refunds are valid only within the specified timeframe and process. Violations of TOS or misuse of services void refund eligibility.

Payment Refund Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment channel. Processing may take 1–7 days depending on the payment gateway.

Account & Payment Rules

Accurate information is required for registration. Unauthorized payments will be refunded via the same channel.

1. 1-2 Days: No action
2. 3 Days: Accounts suspended
3. 7 Days: Accounts terminated

Rules of Bad Behavior

Misbehavior with staff or other clients may result in account suspension or termination.

General Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Xeon Host is not liable for damages, downtime, or disputes resulting from use.
